We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hangzhou. The hotel is located in the Xiaoshan district, which is the core CBD area of the city. It was close to the shopping area and a convenient subway connection to tourist attractions. The location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the famous West Lake. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were flexible with our requests for late check-out and assistance with finding transportation to the airport. The hotel also had sufficient F&B outlets, including a delicious hot pot restaurant where we had our best meal.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive facilities that made our stay even more comfortable. the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious dishes, including fresh juices.

The staff don't understand English, it was impossible to ask someone, not at the reception not in the restaurant.This has to be improve.

Great View and Location, plus Excellent amenities, and Decor. The view from the room was excellent and the decorations were great. The hotel is located near key landmarks which were helpful for us in exploring the area. the amenities offered were top-notch and definitely added to our experience.

Staff was not helpful with our concerns, they seemed uninterested and unfriendly. The food served was not appetizing at all and not at the level one would expect in a top hotel.
